Licensing and training

All of our door supervisors and venue concierge are licensed by the Security Industry Authority in the disciplines of door supervision or close protection, with each individual having completed statutory training and vetting as part of their licensing process, before being given role-specific and continuing training as part of their career with us. So that we can best support our clients, we routinely train our door supervisors in first aid, fire safety, physical intervention, customer service, counter terrorism awareness and incident management.
